I went in for a oil change. Kim seemed to be the only person in service. Kim is a true professional. Taking her time with each customer giving each her full undivided attention. I had questions regarding tires and Onstar. She directed me to options for tires and to contact Onstar with the issue I'm having.

This dealership along with the Chevrolet dealership are the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Courteous, friendly and they get the job done in timely fashion. They communicate with you and never leave you with questions.

It is always nice to visit my GMC Napleton dealership in Schaumburg, IL. My Service Advisor Specialist, Kim, is always so nice, professional and courteous whenever I go there. She always remembers my name and grets me with a BIG smile that makes me feel always welcome.

Made an appointment for 7:15am so I could get out on the road by 8:15 am as told to Service person, Nathan Padgett. Was informed around 8:30 Napleton had no oil filters for my car. My question to Nathan was "How does a service department operate without one of the most important parts to service a car?" He didn't know how it would. Didn't mean to put him on the spot but I was going to ask if Napleton had oil but decided against it. he had my car washed and gave me a coupon for another.

Dropped car off for oil change great job. My car was washed great!

The passenger side of my vehicle from the front door to the rear door had rubber tire marks after the recall work was done. I didn’t notice it until after I got home.

I absolutely LOVE Kim, she always makes me feel welcomed and she is extremely supportive and helpful. She needs an award. You guys have a keepsake!!!!
