I have had my car in several times for warranty repair issues and I’m more than one occasion. I’ve had to deal with Dani the service representative. He is rude, condescending and just plain argumentative. He goes out of his way to make the experience miserable for the customer. I would never return to a dealership to buy another car if they have an employee like him working there.

I am beyond impressed and grateful for my latest experience with your team. I brought my GMC Acadia in for what I believed needed new brakes. My current set were beginning to squeak and has over 53,000 miles on them. The team inspected them and assured me that I had over 80% left in the back and 60% left in the front. The squeaking was weather related but they cleaned them up for me to help. Other shops may have just replaced the brakes entirely knowing the consumer 100% expected that, but your guys didn't, saving me a bunch of money. I appreciate the honesty and integrity and as a result, you have made a lifelong customer of me. Thank you!

1. When I first scheduled my appointment for the windshield replacement, I spoke with a customer service representative who informed me that the appointment on 03/11/25 was just for an inspection. After that, the windshield would be ordered, and installation would take about 1 1/2 weeks. I explained that the cracks were severe and the replacement was urgent, especially since you already have my VIN on file and know the correct part number. She transferred me to the parts department, and fortunately, the representative remembered that a windshield had been ordered for another customer who never followed through with the replacement. This was a relief, as I was scheduled to travel to WI for work the next day, and I wasn’t comfortable driving such a long distance with a damaged windshield. 2. I dropped off my car as scheduled on 03/11/25 and informed Kim, the service agent, that the windshield replacement would be processed through my insurance. I provided the claim number for Geico. She took the keys and assured me she would let me know when the car was ready for pickup. The car was also scheduled for the 7,500-mile service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.), and everything seemed to be going smoothly at this point. 3. Later that afternoon, I received a call informing me that the windshield replacement was happening and my car would be ready for pickup later that day. However, it was at this point that I was told I would be responsible for paying for the repairs upfront and then had to contact Geico for reimbursement. This was a complete surprise, as this had NEVER been mentioned, and I had been under the impression that I would only be responsible for the regular maintenance costs and my deductible. 4. This facility needs MUCH MORE TRANSPARENCY! I never received a quote before the work began, so I had no idea how much I would be liable for. I have only ever serviced my vehicles through dealerships and have never had any issues with knowing the costs upfront and approving the work before it was done. This experience has left me more wary of your dealership. 5. The Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection report was a joke. Of the 63 items that should have been checked, only 7 were actually looked at! If you're not going to complete the inspection properly, don’t offer it at all. 6. Finally, I spoke with the service manager to express my extreme disappointment with the procedures and the surprise of having to pay out of pocket. He apologized, but didn’t offer any form of compensation. The least he could have done was apply the oil change coupon available on your website. He made it very clear that I wasn’t valued as a customer and that I should take my business elsewhere. It’s important to note that I was originally planning to purchase a similar vehicle through your dealership, but my experience while visiting the showroom and working with the sales agent, Vladimir, was awful. Not him - he was GREAT! It was the multiple unnecessary interruptions while I was reviewing the available vehicles with him. One person asked if he planned to put a car away, another came over and stood at his desk with papers until Vladimir acknowledged them and told them he would handle it when he was finished with me. I don’t recall all the interruptions, but none of them were important enough to interrupt our meeting. It felt as though I was being treated as if I was just there to waste time. As a result, I ended up purchasing the same car later that week from another dealership, solely because of how the other employees behaved while I was in the showroom. I hope you take this review to heart and make changes to your policies and procedures. Moving forward, I'm looking for a different Buick dealership to service my vehicle as this last experience confirmed your business is not the right fit for me.

At first it was a at ease experience. My service representative was very helpful and friendly which was a great way to show that my concerns were being heard. I was a little confused by the payment process for services even after choosing to receive the work done with GMC I thought the fee for the inspection would’ve been added to my service fee. I was guaranteed a reduced price of 100 off and it doesn’t seem I received that discount,only because I decided to not get everything done that was quoted. It was misleading to say the least.

I recently bought a 2025 GMC Yukon from Napleton’s Schaumburg Buick GMC and I had a great experience. Salesman, Yiannis Lemonoudas, welcomed us when we walked in and talked to us about the vehicle we came to look at. We found out that the vehicle was at another dealership because it was being traded to Napleton. We asked Yiannis if we could still purchase the vehicle & he quickly made this happen. We had such a good experience working with Yiannis and he did everything to make it an easy experience for us. The vehicle was at a dealership in Indiana, but was waiting to get the black wheels & name plates that came with it. Yiannis was in contact with me through the waiting process of a few days and kept me in the loop. Since the vehicle was in Indiana, Yiannis volunteered to pick up the vehicle and hand deliver it to my house, which is not near Indiana or Schaumburg. Prior to dropping it to me, he took it to Napleton to clean it and fill up the gas tank. Since my vehicle was traded in, they allowed me to have a loaner vehicle, without me even asking. I highly recommend buying from Napleton & working with Yiannis. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I met with my sales rep Byron. He gave me a test ride and I decided to purchase the 2025 GMC Denali Truck. The next day I came to complete the sale and to trade in my vehicle. I saw Byron for a few mins before starting the finance process. By the time I completed the paperwork Byron was no where to be found. I texted him some questions. No response. I wanted to know if he was ok. But I never heard from him again. No one in the dealership knew where he had gone. The next day I called to inform them that I had a rear storage compartment cover from the trade in vehicle that I forgot to provide. No one followed up.

Everyone was great to work with. They accommodated me while I was waiting on funding, which turned out to be a couple weeks. Leslie knew what she was doing and was able to answer my many questions and went over thoroughly the functions of the car I didn't understand. New car, new way to do things with a newer car than my old one. The car I leased was one of their loaners and had some miles already and they accommodated me with the 12000 mileage per year rather than the 10000 because of the mileage. The car still feels and smells new even though it had been used by others as a loaner. When they did the detailing, they found and addressed any issues they found. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Appointment was at 8:15am, vehicle entered the garage door service area late, as there were a pile of vehicles before mine. Simple oil change and tire rotation and we didn't leave until 9:45am. Vehicle sat outside ready, but nobody from service came to grab us that it was ready, when clearly it was, as it had already been washed and sat outside the waiting area at that point. Service person sat at the desk on his phone until we asked if the vehicle was ready. "Oh, we were just waiting on the keys....as the vehicle had already been sitting outside done for more than 10 minutes at this point.

Absolutely Disappointing and Dishonest Experience – Avoid This Dealership Long story short, I walked into this dealership around 12:30 PM, Friday, to test drive a Buick Envision. After the test drive, I decided to purchase a similar model in white. At that time, there were maybe one or two other customers in the entire showroom, yet the sales staff were more interested in cracking jokes with each other and smoking outside than actually helping customers. On top of all that — I was trading in my car, and CarMax had quoted me $2,100 based on the condition I submitted. This dealership, however, claimed my car was in “bad condition” and offered me $500. I was furious, but I really wanted to secure the Buick before the potential new tariffs hit, so I stayed. Then began the classic, annoying “negotiation game”. The salesperson kept going back and forth with the so-called “manager,” acting like it was some kind of big favor, and finally bumped the trade-in offer to $850. They spoke as if taking my car at that price was some huge loss on their end — honestly insulting. Thankfully, I had my laptop and was able to get some work done because I waited until 4:30 PM — four hours — before I was finally called in to meet with the finance manager, Alex. That’s when things really started to go downhill. Alex spent a lot of time aggressively pushing the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance plan, promising me that: The extended warranty would cover everything, including high-tech components. The maintenance plan would cover all filters and fluids. Because it was already 5:00 PM, I was feeling rushed to sign all the paperwork and trusted what he told me. That was my mistake. When I got home and actually had time to review the documents, I realized: The extended warranty was from a third-party company, not the official Buick Protection Plan as implied. The plan was labeled "GOLD", not Platinum as I was led to believe. There was no clear list of what “GOLD” coverage includes — no terms or conditions outlined. The maintenance plan only covered oil changes and tire rotations — no mention of fluids or cabin filters as promised. I immediately emailed Alex the next day — no response. Two days later, I called him directly and he claimed he has “1,000 unread emails” and must have missed mine. Eventually, he agreed to cancel both plans, but told me I would have to wait until I received my first payment from the bank before the refund could be processed to that account. Frankly, this all feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch. Alex came across as dishonest and manipulative, and I no longer trust a word he says. I’m now anxiously waiting to see if they’ll actually follow through with the refund — if not, I will be sharing my experience everywhere to warn others. There are plenty of other dealerships that respect your time, your money, and your trust. This one clearly does not.
