I thought the sales rep was friendly and personable. The dealership did a good job getting my car prepared and describing all the details of the car. However, I felt rushed when trying to go through the finances and a lot of pressure was placed on me to accept an offer

A number of routine maintenance items were due and I was expecting to have to leave my car and return later. The Service Representative Kim, who assisted me in an outstanding manner for a prior routine maintenance, inquired about my schedule needs for the day and then replied that she was confident they could complete all the necessary work within 2 hours. So, I waited in the customer waiting area and about an hour and 35 minutes later, Kim advised me the service work was done. Simply outstanding follow thru by the Napleton's Service team.

Kim, in the Service Department, has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. The mechanics did a very good job on our car. Kim kept us updated throughout the process, as parts needed to be ordered.

As Always, the service department was wonderful in taking care of me and my car. Quick and through-friendly. Kim kept me informed at each step as to the status and update on the required service. Thats why I keep going back to Napleton Buick

Your service rep, Kim, is excellent. She has helped us with a warranty repair for leaking oil pan, repairs, for a front-end fender-bender and most recently another oil leak issue at the oil filter. All handled professionally and with excellent work. Kim Rocks!
