    Great service the only thing I would suggest . I waited 45 mins until they bring my truck for oil change, but a soon was in service was excellent. Just make more space between appointments to give technicians time to perform the job

    I came in for a scheduled oil change. It was immediately brought to my attention that my car was out of alignment. I was able to have that taken care of at the same time. It was all done in a reasonable amount of time. The service representative was polite and friendly. I was pleased with my experience.

    I brought my truck in for a vibration issue and they replaced a camshaft magnet that did not fix the issue. So I brought the truck back the same day I picked it up, referred them to a tsb and requested a pico scope be performed. I even drove the service manager around on my weekend and he agreed there is a vibration that isn’t normal.   2 weeks go by, haven’t heard from them.  So I call and they tell me to pick it up.  I asked well what’d you guys do.  He says let me find the paperwork.  Went online and read a transmission TSB to me word for word.   I asked did you perform a pico scope?  He said no, I said how can you isolate the issue without performing a pico scope,  he said there are other ways, I said oh yeah like what?  He went on a rant and said GM only gives us 15 minutes of labor to run a pico scope and said we drove it several times and don’t feel an issue.     I said but how can you be sure without the pico scope.  He said unless you want to pay for it we aren’t going to do it.  So I said ok well how much is that.  He said it all depends could be an hour could be 8 hours.  So I said screw it I’m not real happy with the way you guys troubleshoot this issue I guess I’ll come and pick it up.   Got to the dealer they said they’ll pull it around.  I said where’s the paperwork.  They said oh I haven’t had time let me print it.  All it says on the paperwork is can’t duplicate issue.  No notes no troubleshooting actions, nothing.  I said that’s it? She said oh the mechanic went home for the day.  I said right, where’s the truck, she said they are pulling it up.   I went outside to see them scraping the snow and ice off of it that accumulated over the last two weeks, I got in and the odometer didn’t even change.  They lied directly to my face.
